Wanda F. Saroinsong
Adding to the value of the other core partners and with over 25 years in practicing law, Wanda has an extensive track record of aiding clients in Corporate Law, Litigation, Banking and Finance, Capital Markets, Labor, and Commerce. He plays a proactive and engaged role in JBW by identifying problems and also forging new legal and corporate affairs solutions that will advance the business goals and benefits of the client. His most recent responsibilities include being a member of the team that reconstructed the airport development contract for the national state-owned enterprise, PT. Angkasa Pura. Wanda’s years of experience enables him to be in a position to drive concrete results.
Wanda is an Alumnus of the Padjadjaran University, Bandung, West Java, and Atma Jaya University, Jakarta (MM), as well as being a licensed Advocate, registered Capital Market Legal Consultant and IP Consultant.

- Randy Hartono Dipl. -Ing
Randy is one of the most experienced as well as qualified patent practitioner of the firm. He holds his engineer diploma (Dipl. –Ing) from Fachhochschule Koln, Germany. Before his joining in JBW, he worked in some manufacturer companies of heavy equipment and having experienced as a Head of Monitoring, Controlling, and Development of Authority Smelter of Asahan Reservoir (working with Department of Industrial Affairs of Republic of Indonesia). He had significant experiences in handling mechanical, electrical as well as biotechnology patents. Currently, he serves in the firm as special counsel for patent.
- Purwanto
Purwanto holds his Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering from the University of Diponegoro, Semarang, Indonesia. Prior to joining JBW, he worked in some manufacturer companies of textile and agro chemical in Indonesia. Purwanto’s patenting-related skills and expertise has expanded beyond his basic technical qualifications since he has also significant experiences in handling electrical as well as pharmaceutical patents.
- Hertanto Roestyono
Prior to joining JBW, Hertanto had extensive experience in Electrical field, previously worked as a Head of Risk Management and Director of PT. Electrindo Pratama, which is one of the subsidiaries of The State Electricity Company (PLN). He is an alumnus of University of Indonesia, Depok, Indonesia.
- Ade Rachmat Haribowo
Haribowo holds his Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering from ISTN (Institute of National Science and Technology), Jakarta, Indonesia. He had significant experiences in transportation, coal and solar power industry.

Juniaty Rianto
Professionally placing the client’s need first and assisting to secure the protection of copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, industrial designs and layout of integrated circuits; prepare for and coordinate anti-counterfeiting and other enforcements actions; and defending the client’s IP rights through the Indonesian Judicial system. Juniaty’s other areas of expertise include licensing and franchising.
Juniaty is an Alumnus of the University of Jakarta (Bachelor of Law) and was the Managing Partner of an Indonesian Intellectual Property (IP) firm with more than 15 years of experience in the IP field. As an Advocate and registered IP Consultant, she is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA).
Phoa Bing Hauw
With over 20 years of experience in Advocacy and law, Bing is able to fully assist clients on regulatory matters related to doing business in Indonesia by guiding them through the various processing needs and arranging any relevant permits and licenses, including the application of Foreign Investment. In addition, he also oversees and handles Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters in trademarks and its related issues for both domestic and overseas clients. Bing also aids clients’ in general corporate matters, such as: Litigation processes, Joint Venture(s), BOT, Franchise – including but not limited to licensing, labor, land, banking and finance.
Bing is an Alumnus of St. Ambrose University, Davenport, Iowa, USA (MBA) and the Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, Indonesia (Bachelor of Law). He is a registered IP Consultant and also an active member of The Indonesian Bar Association - Persatuan Advokat Indonesia (Peradi), the Indonesian Solicitors Association – Asosiasi Advokat Indonesia (AAI), the Indonesian Intellectual Property Society (IIPS), the International Trademark Association (INTA), and the Asian Patent Attorney Association (APAA).

Prior to joining JBW Law Offices, Risopatomo had already been having extensive experience in dealing with Corporate and Litigation practices. He is also an active member of The Indonesian Bar Association - Persatuan Advokat Indonesia (Peradi).

Rusdiyan holds his Bachelor degree of Business Administration from the International University, Manila, Philippines (BsBA) and also Bachelor degree of Law from STHI Jakarta, Indonesia. He has an extensive experienced in Project Finance and Foreign Investment.
- Ruruh Puspitasari
Ruruh is an alumnus of the Padjadjaran University, Bandung, West Java (Bachelor of Law). She has been experienced for more than 10 years in Commercial Legal practices. She is also an active member of The Indonesian Bar Association - Persatuan Advokat Indonesia (Peradi).
- Danti Iwan
Danti has a bachelor degree in Law from the University of Diponegoro, Semarang, Indonesia. She has been handling trademark affairs for more than 15 years. She manages client’s IP portfolio and advises them on their IP Management according to client’s core of business and its business strategy. Brought with her is also her experience in Trading and Investment Law.
